Delivering a masterclass experience for Toyota
Maverick has been responsible for delivering the Guest Experience (GE) Masterclass for Toyota, an annual event that brings dealership staff together to learn, network and grow. The challenge is to replicate the experience that Toyota delivers to every customer – memorable, personalised and emotionally connected – empowering attendees to return to work reenergised and motivated to create real change.
For the GE Masterclass, we managed event production from end-to-end, including event ID, staging and set design, all AV requirements and management of speakers and guest talent. We planned theming, catering and entertainment for the gala GEM dinner and breakout events.
