Powerade Powerscore performs for Coca-Cola
To help Powerade find Australia’s next champion athlete, we created an integrated, experientially-led campaign, built around a new measure of athletic ability – the Powerscore.
Working with the NSW Institute of Sport, we developed an algorithm that allowed sports people across Australia to face off against the Powerscore of sporting legends from a range of leading codes like Billy Slater, Mitchell Johnson, Greg Inglis and Justin Hodges.
Rolling out to 90 Rugby League, Rugby Union, soccer, Aussie Rules, netball, hockey and cricket clubs in NSW and QLD, more than 1,600 athletes stepped up to be ranked on the Powerscore leader board.
The ultimate National Powerscore Champion received a contract to join the Queensland Academy of Sport. The campaign recorded a social reach of over 10.6 million with nearly 36 million impressions of social content.
