The Listening Ground was launched with a spectacular, interactive exhibition designed by Maverick and installed at the Sydney Opera House. Over two weeks, around 6,000 people visited the exhibition and each video post on social media was viewed by up to 30,000 people.
Celebrating Westpac's women in leadership
Having achieved a 50:50 representation of women in leadership roles, Westpac briefed Maverick to create a special event to mark this achievement and Westpac’s ongoing commitment to gender diversity and equality.
We created the unifying and creatively rich concept of The Listening Ground. The concept was all about capturing and sharing the diverse stories of 200 women around the world in a book and video content. Showcasing life stories about inspiration, pain, happiness and change, this powerful creative territory evolved into an integrated campaign across social and digital channels.
